Job Responsibilities
- Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to their inquiries and needs
- Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customers
- Ensure that all customers receive high quality of service and quality merchandise
- Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the best R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers
- Regularly communicate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines
- Oversee and is involved in the maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
