Role Overview
You will be responsible to define guidelines, govern Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and oversee overall security management within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. As a core contributor to Sodexo's global digital transformation, this position ensures that system access scales effectively while strictly aligning with organizational roles, compliance requirements, and global data privacy regulations.

- Role-Based Permission (RBP) Design & Implementation: Define the global RBP strategy, design role hierarchies/permission groups, and map precise access levels to organizational roles across various modules (e.g., EC, Recruitment, Performance).
