Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Staff to Supervisory roles across the companies under RelianceUnited. He/She will be partnering with hiring managers in sourcing initiatives, screening and selection process. The role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively connects with hiring managers for calibration meetings on newly filed requisitions to understand the search requirements, processes, and timelines.
- Sourcing and screening of candidates from various sourcing channels
- Works closely with colleagues and HRBPs in coming up with strategies in pipeline generation
- Conducts initial interviews and write-up creations for qualified candidates for endorsement to hiring managers
