Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct experimental research on product compounds, including analysis and testing to investigate chemical properties and performance.
- Develop new products, test methodologies, and improve existing raw materials and formulations.
- Perform product testing and support trial run evaluations.
- Collaborate with customers during product testing and development stages to support product evaluation and application needs.
- Work closely with customers to develop application solutions that meet their requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers in a proactive and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain quality system documentation, including test methods, process parameters, and risk assessments.
