JOB DETAILS
1)Leading R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of protein-based medicine.
2)Building and implementing a detailed biochemical laboratory research work plan to fulfill company's research objectives
3)Working to improve and expand company's novel protein cross linking formulation
4)Developing prototypes for range of products based on company's technology
5)Collaborating with medical professionals to run pre-clinical and clinical testing of prototypes
6)Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several products in parallel
7)Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies
