R&D Food Product Developer / Food Scientist – Food Manufacturing (Bakery and Desert Focus) | MILTON (100% on site) | 80-97K Location: Milton, ON (100% On-site)

Interview process: 3 on-site interviews (including a PI Cognitive test + a technical assessment/demo in a lab) Qualifications & Experience Must live within 40 minutes from Milton
5–10 years of Product Development and R&D experience in food manufacturing IS A MUST
Strong experience in CPG or food production manufacturing environments is a MUST
Bakery or baked goods experience (pastry, batters, fillings, etc.)
Proven experience with plant trials and product scale-up is required
