Overview

We are looking for a R&D Low Voltage Engineer- F/M/X to work on the development and optimization of low-voltage protection products. This role is based in Schaffausen, Switzerland .

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate tasks within cross-functional teams to investigate technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and prepare recommendations.
  • Analyze technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to support decision-making processes.
  • Drive product engineering activities for low-voltage protection products and miniature circuit breakers.
  • Support development and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing sites, and engineering teams on a global level.
  • Ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) principles are applied throughout development.
