Job Description
Education: Masters or PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum 15 years experience in the resins industry, with a significant portion dedicated to unsaturated polyester resins or similar thermosetting polymers. Experience in a leadership or managerial role is required.
- R&D and product development: Lead development of new UPR formulations tailored for specific applications such as composites, artificial marble, pipe grade, roofing sheet, boat grade, button grade, general purpose resins, SMC, etc. This includes innovating new products and optimizing existing products for improved performance in properties including heat resistance, stability, flame retardancy, and mechanical strength.
