R&D Operations Engineer Graduate – Graduate Program
Amcor is launching its next Graduate Program in October 2026. The program will include three international rotations across Amcor plants and offices in Europe. Participants will work on R&D Operations projects and have the opportunity to explore different functions within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of R&D systems, tools, and operational processes across Europe.
- Contribute to cross‑functional European projects with other functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, IT, Sustainability, Operations, and Product Management.
- Interface between business stakeholders and system/process owners to translate operational needs into structured, practical solutions.
- Align data and analytics initiatives with business priorities to enable fact‑based decision‑making.
