Job Description
Your Tasks
- Administrative and Documentation Management: Processing and organization of all administrative and legal documentation related to R&D funding calls (applications, contracts, resolutions, requirements, notifications, reports)
- Management of communications with funding agencies, auditors and external consultants
- Maintenance of the allocation of funded projects in controlling and internal databases; Integration of financial and documentary inputs to meet program deadlines and requirements
- Monitoring of administrative and eligibility compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Internal CoordinationCross-functional: Collaboration with the HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT/ERP departments and with international teams across the company
- Coordination with technical teams to ensure correct cost allocation and personnel charging
