- Working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, assembly) to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs
- Tracking R&D progress, analyzing results, and reporting on performance against key metrics
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development
