Airswift is looking for an RD&I Analyst to join a dynamic Exploration & Development team, supporting the monitoring and execution of Research, Development & Innovation projects in compliance with ANP regulations.This role is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset and experience in financial control of RD&I projects within highly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the R&D team to monitor RD&I projects with partners, ensuring alignment with ANP regulations and internal guidelinesSupervise and track processes to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirementsPerform financial monitoring across the full lifecycle of RD&I projects (planning and execution phases)Prepare reports, maintain organized records (internal and external), and track both physical and financial project progressReview supporting documentation and validate expenses in line with ANP RD&I Resolution requirements (materials, equipment, payroll, travel, taxes, imports...
