Reablement Support Specialist

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for a candidate to perform clinical and clerical duties within a multidisciplinary team. Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 3 health related study or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will have written, verbal, and numeric skills at a GCSE level, with the ability to excel in pressurised situations and deliver quality patient care. Flexibility and effective supervision are also key attributes for this role.
