JOB SUMMARYThe Mixer Driver is a critical member of the Martin Marietta team, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix concrete truck. The driver is tasked with the high-stakes delivery of perishable concrete products from plant locations to diverse customer job sites. This role requires more than just driving; it involves technical quality control (slump testing), equipment maintenance, and serving as the primary face of the company to contractors and clients. The objective is to maintain a Safety First culture while ensuring the highest level of customer service and product integrity.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate heavy-duty ready-mix trucks in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal regulations, as well as Martin Marietta’s rigorous safety standards.
