Position Summary
Develop, maintain, analyze and coordinate the plans and schedules needed to support our total customer commitments, while utilizing capacity planning and efficient manufacturing methods. Work with all levels of Management to ensure company objectives are met as a best cost producer and provider of maximum service rate.
Primary Duties
+ Generate, maintain, issue, and track all electronic and hard-copy controlled documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory agency (e.g., FDA and ISO) requirements
+ Balance the key parameters of inventory, safety stock, customer service, efficient plant load and cost of goods sold to meet company goals.
+ Prepare periodic reports for management review that summarize key production metrics.
+ Create and maintain a reagent production schedule to meet both internal and external customer deadlines to optimize service levels.
