RESPOSOBILITIES
- Monthly maintenance of the general ledger.
- Monthly calculation of cash calls and distributions, where required.
- Coordinate and prepare full‑year estimates and annual operating budgets.
- Prepare year‑end working paper files for external audits, where required.
- Calculate and process final recovery invoices.
- Complete and distribute reports, including client reporting and external appraisal packages.
- Review tenant lease maintenance, including operating charges, updating future year pre‑bills, and future year rental payment schedules.
