Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant with a strong background in real estate accounting. This is a requirement. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with both AppFolio and QuickBooks Online (QBO) and be comfortable managing the full accounting cycle for property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle property accounting for residential and/or commercial real estate portfolios.
- Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process tenant charges, rent collections, owner distributions, and vendor payments.
