A recruiting firm is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support real estate operations in Marikina. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledger accounts, monitoring budgets, assisting in financial reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and at least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate. Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is also required. This position requires 100% on-site work.
