Responsibilities
- Follow-up calls on existing leads — turning “not now” into “yes,” asking the right questions, and building high-level rapport that leads to decisions.
- You will also do joint calls with me, so confidence, clarity, and professionalism are required.
Qualifications
- You have real estate acquisitions experience
- You are comfortable handling objections and hesitation
- You know how to lead a conversation without sounding aggressive or apologetic
- You can think, listen, and adapt in real time
