CR of Maryland is hiring a remote, phone-based Real Estate Acquisitions Closer to speak directly with motivated homeowners and put properties under contract.
This is a high-volume, structured sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, follows a proven script, and is comfortable asking for the sale.
You will speak only with homeowners who have already requested a cash offer. No cold calling. Your job is to control the conversation, uncover motivation, present offers, and close deals.
$8 – $12 hourly + % of net profit per deal closed
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound and follow-up calls with motivated homeowner leads
- Run structured discovery calls to uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and price
- Present cash offers clearly and confidently
- Ask for the decision and secure signed agreements
- Follow strict follow-up protocols (calls, texts, emails)
