Real Estate Administrator / Sales Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administration, transaction coordination, or sales support role.
- Strong knowledge of TRREB/OREA forms, WebForms, BrokerBay, MLS, and transaction management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
- Experience coordinating listings, offers, conditions, and closings.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
