Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and convert leads for buying, selling and leasing ready properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and mortgage options
- Conduct comparative market analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Prepare and present detailed property listings with full specifications
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Present and negotiate purchase and lease offers between parties
- Review and verify purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM and market tools
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- UAE resident with a minimum of 2years proven experience in the Dubai secondary/off‑plan market
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for this role)
- RERA‑certified or actively pursuing certification
