- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a customer focused approach.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases.
