Real Estate Associate – Core+ Strategy & Management
Responsibilities
- Actively manage the Core+ business in an entrepreneurial manner
- Work closely with Blackstone's European Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Finance, Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) / Private Wealth (PW), and Legal teams on all aspects of the European Core+ business
- Responsible for building and maintaining Fund models and analytics, covering liquidity, leverage, credit metrics and return projections
- Manage the funds' liquidity and leverage, including monitoring the acquisitions pipeline, disposals, fundraising, redemptions, portfolio capex requirements and other related funding needs
- Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis, Asset Management and Finance teams on preparation of fund valuations, board materials and bondholder reporting
