A New York-based firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its growing real estate practice and team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions, leasing, and related transactions, with the opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced dealmaker.
Responsibilities:
Transactional Work (Core Focus):
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial real estate documents, including financing agreements, leases, and purchase/sale contracts
- Support transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and structured real estate investments
