Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced real estate brokers who can help train their latest language model on real estate brokerage and transaction management tasks.
We're looking for brokers with 7+ years of experience managing complex transactions and agent teams to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core brokerage workflows: transaction oversight, contract review, market analysis, compliance documentation, agent supervision, and client advisory.
Compensation: $75/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
