Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development and Delivery: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and leadership, to strategically develop, write, edit, and deliver winning proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. This includes responding comprehensively to RFPs and RFIs while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and client requirements.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate a comprehensive suite of marketing and proposal collateral, such as company capabilities statements, case studies, project highlights, professional bios, and other supporting documentation. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with CBRE's brand guidelines and messaging.
