Your primary responsibility will be to identify property owners through skip tracing and connect with them via outbound calls to pre-qualify leads for our real estate business. This is a long-term position with consistent work and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skip tracing to accurately locate property owners’ contact information.
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners.
- Follow provided scripts to qualify leads and gather necessary property information.
- Accurately record call results, lead details, and conversation notes in the CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly call quotas and performance targets.
