JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of SEA Finance Retail, the Real Estate Controller will have responsibility for the full financial management of one retail banner operated in SEA, aimed at financial closing, cost controlling, profitable growth, consolidating, reporting and analyzing monthly financial results to assess the performance of the region and communicate to the various shareholders (Corporate, General Manager, Regional CFO).
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES MAIN TASKS- Manages retail banner budget and forecasts preparation in accordance with corporate guidelines and timeline.
- Manages retail banner monthly closures for both managerial and statutory purposes in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and timeline.
