This role requires the ability to manage residential purchase, sale, and refinance files from start to finish independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closings in a fast‑paced practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of residential real estate conveyancing experience in Alberta
- Proven ability to independently manage residential purchase, sale, and refinance files from opening to post‑closing
