**General Summary**
Provides support for the Real Estate Services, Design & Construction and Property Management departments, including, but not limited to, site selection and evaluation, lease and purchase agreement preparation and database administration.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Essential Functions:**
+ Performs a variety of duties related to site selection and evaluation, such as: assisting project owners in developing a site selection strategy; conducting market research on sites; identifying sites that meet corporate criteria; contacting and working with outside real estate professionals (i.e., brokers and developers) to assist in site generation and manage workflow; screening all sites presented for viability; performing internal analysis on all qualified sites; working closely with Finance to analyze site feasibility; and preparing initial site evaluation packages.
