We are working with a leading international US law firm that is seeking to recruit a mid-level Associate into its highly regarded Real Estate Finance practice in London. The team advises sponsors, lenders, investors and developers on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border financings, and is particularly well known for handling sophisticated transactions across the capital stack. This role offers exposure to a varied mix of lender-side and sponsor-side work, with Associates taking a visible role on high-value transactions from an early stage. Working closely with market-leading Partners and colleagues across the firm's international network, you will advise on complex real estate financings, development financings and structured investments involving clients across multiple jurisdictions.
