Real Estate Fund Accountant — GAAP Reporting & CPA-Preferred

Doerly Works is looking for a highly skilled Property Accountant or Fund Accountant to manage fund-level financial operations for real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting, specifically with fund accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

With a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience, the role involves overseeing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and managing cash flows. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Yardi, along with a CPA designation, is strongly preferred.
