Job Description
A wellestablished investment group is currently seeking a seasoned Real Estate Investment Manager / Asset Manager to lead and execute its real estate investment and asset management strategy across the UAE. This position is highly strategic focusing primarily on sourcing new real estate opportunities and managing a diverse property portfolio to maximize longterm value.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Acquisitions
- Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition opportunities through broker networks and direct outreach.
- Lead financial modeling and deal underwriting (IRR cash-on-cash returns sensitivity analysis).
- Oversee strategic planning for the family land bank across the UAE.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility studies and market research.
