Job Summary
We require a Junior Asset Manager to join the UNIQ team in Barcelona, a Spanish high-quality leading developer in the urban “buy-to-live” market, a subsidiary of Urban Input Group. The Junior Asset Manager will have a transversal role across the projects, contributing to the execution and optimisation of the Business Plan throughout the different stages of each development. The role combines financial analysis with exposure to strategic decision‑making across key aspects such as costs, timelines, cashflows, sales performance and project KPIs, working closely with internal teams and investors.
Tasks
- Support the day‑to‑day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle.
