Real Estate Lawyer – Vaughan
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing boutique firm based in Vaughan. They are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Lawyer to join their experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of Real Estate transactions.
- Supervise and assist junior and senior law clerks handling a high volume of residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions.
- Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, loan documents.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ Real Estate experience.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
