Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable real estate brokerage or developer sales experience within the UAE, specifically focusing on the Abu Dhabi off-plan and secondary markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) property laws, escrow account regulations, and transfer procedures.
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills, with absolute fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is highly preferred for international investor portfolios.
- Actively prospect and cold-call high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors to pitch newly launched Aldar residential and commercial development projects.
