Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance . The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations and experienced in Appfolio .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move‑ins/move‑outs, and dispute resolution
- Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
