Hiring: Assistant Sales Manager – Commercial Projects
Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhu Bhavan Road)
Project: Wynn
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Working Days: 6 Days
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive commercial real estate sales and contribute to the success of our premium commercial project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales of commercial units (offices, retail spaces, etc.)
• Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, brokers, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
