Position: Real Estate Sales Analyst (Work from home)
Work Set Up: Work from home
On‑site requirement: willing to report to Binondo, Manila. Remote work primary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or open for undergraduates
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Experience in outbound sales and fieldwork is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
- Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance
- Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions
- Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers
- Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary documents
