Job Description

Compensation includes salary & incentive on every sale, Prior experience in real esate sales is a must.Excellent Good communication Skill in English.Meet with prospects & clients interested in properties to offer them real esate deals. Should have knowledge about CRM. Reprting to Team Leader & Sales Manager. Good with Excel (Sales report area statement etc.) 2 to 3 years in real esate only.Contaction & following up with prospective clients & setting up site visits & Build realtionships with new clients.Attending existing clients at site & coordinating with them on the phone. Preparing daily leads generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, Preparing prospect list networking. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
