We‘re hiring a Tele Caller at Saivilla Dreamhouse Pvt Ltd, Palanpur.
If you‘re confident on the phone, enjoy talking to people all day, and know how to turn an inquiry into a site visit — this role is for you.
What you‘ll do
- Call new leads from ads, property portals, and walk-ins; follow up consistently
- Explain our projects and properties over the phone and answer questions
- Book site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Share project details, brochures, and pricing over call and WhatsApp
- Handle incoming inquiry calls professionally
- Keep accurate call records and update the lead/CRM sheet daily
What we‘re looking for
- 1–2 years of tele-calling / tele-sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Clear, friendly, persuasive phone manner
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi (English a plus)
