Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth, timely real estate transactions from contract to closing. In this key role, you’ll keep every step organized, coordinated, and on track so clients and agents can close with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing
Coordinate with title/escrow, lenders, and appraisal teams
Schedule and oversee inspections, closings, and key milestones
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, agents, and service providers
Ensure all documents are submitted for broker compliance
Coordinate moving schedules and possession details
Enter and maintain accurate client data in the CRM/database
