Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
- Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the local market
- Negotiate contracts and handle all paperwork associated with real estate transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
