Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE Real Estate Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist, GS-1170-09/11 position for USACE, Fort Worth District in Fort Worth, TX. Position may be filled at the GS-09 or GS-11 grade level. If filled below the full performance level, promotion potential is to the GS-11. Promotion is at management's discretion. Responsibilities Represent the Fort Worth District in administering the management and disposal of government-owned real property for both civil works and military projects. Develop plans and programs for disposal of real property determined to be excess by the Army, Air Force, and other agencies as requested as well as removal of buildings and other improvements in acquisition project areas.
