Our client, a well‑established organisation based in Princes Risborough, is seeking a Reasonable Adjustments Manager to join their team on a part time basis on a 12 month Contract.
This role focuses on coordinating reasonable adjustments within a professional Education environment, ensuring individuals receive appropriate support in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while promoting a consistent and inclusive approach.
Key Duties
- Acting as the primary point of contact for complex or escalated adjustment requests
- Coordinating and managing adjustments to ensure a consistent and compliant approach
- Liaising with individuals and external partners to gather supporting information
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of sensitive information
