Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and stock
Verify quantities and quality of goods against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
Capture and process receiving documentation accurately
Ensure all stock received is correctly labelled and stored
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to management
Maintain accurate stock and receiving records
Assist with stock control and stock-taking procedures
Ensure receiving areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and production teams regarding deliveries and stock queries
Follow company procedures relating to food safety and quality standards
