Requirements
- Grade 12 (a Hospitality certificate is an advantage)
- 1–2 years of reception experience (preferred)
- Good phone manner and strong customer service skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A team player with good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Available to work hospitality hours — including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working with high-profile and distinguished guests
- Able to work long hours when needed
- Well-groomed with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Role
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive and leave the estate in a warm and professional manner
- Share information about the estate, its facilities, art, and experiences
- Take guests on tours of the estate
