Hours (must be fully available):
+ Monday: 8 AM – 7 PM
+ Tuesday: 7 AM – 2 PM
+ Wednesday: 7 AM – 1 PM
+ Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM
+ Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Must be flexible to cover any of the three Hilliard office locations with limited notice.
Position Summary
The Patient Services Specialist supports a busy outpatient practice by delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient check‑in/check‑out, and ensuring smooth front‑office operations. Reliability and professionalism are the top priorities.

+ Registration & Insurance — Complete patient registration, verify benefits, obtain authorizations.
+ Payments — Collect co‑pays and support end‑of‑day reconciliation.
