Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. If you enjoy interacting with people and keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, screen and direct messages appropriately
- Manage visitor registration and meeting room bookings
- Receive and distribute mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide administrative and office support
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies
- Transport arrangement; land and air
- Minimum 3 years of recent Receptionist experience (within the last 3 years)
